Email that sorts itself
We build AI-powered systems that read a business's incoming email, sort it, flag what's urgent, and pull out the tasks and commitments buried inside it — turning a daily slog through the inbox into minutes. It's the thinking behind Sentinel, our own email-intelligence tool, now in pilot with local businesses.
Referral admin cut from days to minutes
A Worcester charity took in referrals by email — informal, inconsistent, slow to process. We built them a proper portal: referral partners submit through it, staff manage and report on it, and nothing gets lost. What used to take days now takes minutes.
Escaping expensive software — without losing the data
A client was locked into costly software they no longer needed but couldn't easily leave — years of data trapped inside it. We built the migration tooling to get the data out cleanly and move them onto something far cheaper, with no painful cut-over.
