RMM Alert Triage: turning infrastructure noise into action
Raw monitoring systems generate huge volumes of alerts. We built our own triage layer to classify them into actionable tickets, digests and exceptions, combining our IT and security experience with software and automation. It runs in shadow mode first, so we can check its judgement against a real estate before it is allowed to act.
Email Intelligence Platform
Reads a business's email for content, sentiment, commitments and required actions across inbound and outbound messages — so nothing important slips through the cracks. The engine behind eSentinel, our own email-intelligence tool.
